The following Tips and Tricks have been included on this site to make your life as a macro programmer easier.  If you have a tip that you would like included please E-mail it to mwhubbard@programmingunlimited.com and we'll try include it on this page.

You can save each Tips & Tricks page as an HTML document and view it offline.  To do this in Internet Explorer click File, Save As... and give the document a name.  You can then read the tips offline and even copy the pages to a floppy to carry with you.  Don't forget that you can highlight the program code and then save it to a text editor or paste it directly into you CNC Program editor.   We would recommend using Macro Pro V3.1 as your CNC editor but that would be a shameless advertising plug!

Some of the tips on this site are for a specific control or machine type.  We suggest that you look through all the tips to get ideas of what is possible on different controls even if you don't own that type of control.  A lot of the concepts can be applied to other controls they just happen to be shown on a particular control.
